     Frank Parra Collision Center is proud to be part of one of the largest collision consolidators in the United States, Collision Advantage.  Lute Riley is one of three Collision Advantage centers in the metroplex and forty one others nationwide.  This 29, 000 square foot state of the art facility uses the highest quality European paint system including 6 downdraft paint booths.  With over 29 years of experience Frank Parra Collision Center repairs all makes and models-foreign and domestic.

 

Frank Parra would like to welcome its newest team member, Don Carlen.  We are proud to have Mr. Carlen on board at Frank Parra as the new body shop Manager.  Mr. Carlen has over 27 years of experience in the collision repair industry, including owning and operating his own repair center for several years.  Along with his extensive knowledge, Mr. Carlen offers high energy and an attitude fit to take the chaos out of collision repair.  When asked what his personal motto is, Mr. Carlen has two answers.  “attitude is the difference, no matter where you go or what you do in life if your attitude is at it’s best, it’s hard to go wrong; and, always do the right thing, never take the short cuts but stay on the high road and that will lead you to success.”

 

As our industry continues to grow we have increasingly become a performance-based and result-driven environment not only for our customers, but with all our business partners and associates.  In order to stay ahead of the game we continually increase our standards and improve processes. We offer load leveling at all of our collision centers as part of our ongoing effort to improve cycle time and customer service.  Our standard operating procedures allow us to operate more efficiently and eliminate supplements, oversights, and missed steps during the repair.  We know that in order for insurance company’s to maintain their repeat and referral business we need to work as effectively and quickly as possible to restore vehicles back to their pre-accident condition. We have perfected a blue printing and mapping system which allows us to achieve these goals.
